a non-returnable basis.
2. Payment is required in advance
by credit card or cheque for all accounts that
purchase less than 30 books per month. Thank you.
3. When purchase volume exceeds
30 books per month, Trafford will set up a credit account (on receipt and
approval of a credit application). Payment on all credit accounts is due 30
days from date of invoice. Thank you.

authors' books are printed "on-demand" in response to orders, they
are NOT sold on a refundable or returnable basis. You may only return an unread
book in its original condition if you received the wrong book or there was a
manufacturing problem. You must return the book within 15 days of receipt of
your order for a refund (credit) to your credit card. We will refund shipping
costs if the return is a result of our error.
